Tina Ramirez-Holmes, LGPC

Hi, I’m Tina! When we work together, you can expect kindness, encouragement, and a collaborative space where your goals guide our work.  I combine person-centered, multicultural, existential, and mindfulness-based approaches to support you in a way that meets you where you are.

This means I support you in exploring what matters to you, helping you feel listened to and respected. We’ll also focus on the bigger questions about identity, purpose, and meaning to help you find direction and inner peace. Mindfulness techniques will help you stay present and respond to stress with calm and clarity. Together, we’ll build practical skills you can use in your daily life.

For the past 12 years, I’ve worked in schools as a high school and middle school math teacher, and as a high, middle and elementary school counselor. This experience has given me a well-rounded perspective to understanding the challenges children, teens, and young adults face, both inside and outside of the classroom. I also work closely with families to support the growth and well-being of children and teens.

I specialize in supporting young clients through emotional challenges (such as sadness, anxiety, or anger), social difficulties (including bullying or low self-esteem), and the stresses of school and daily life. I also help young adults navigate life transitions and make important decisions, such as choosing a career path or adjusting to college life.

Additionally, I work with young adults facing career and relationship stress, anxiety, identity exploration, burnout, and perfectionism. I have experience supporting those managing substance use or unhealthy coping strategies. No matter your challenges, I’m here to support you in finding your path forward and reaching your goals.

Mrs Ramirez-Holmes is conducting all sessions via Telehealth (online), currently.
