Individual Counseling

Our approach to individual therapy is collaborative and dynamic. Together, we’ll identify the barriers that may be keeping you stuck and focus on strategies that help you make meaningful progress toward the life you want to live. I take a strengths-based, integrative perspective that focuses on your unique values, experiences, and potential. Our work together is rooted in a collaborative, relationship-focused foundation where you feel seen, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), I help clients build psychological flexibility and emotional resilience, clarify what matters most, and take purposeful action that carries them towards their goals. Therapy with me often includes getting out of the chair—whether that means walking during sessions, practicing mindfulness in real time, or exploring real-world strategies that support meaningful change. This is an active space, designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
